Under that, "Where to look first" lists the numbers in the bottom quarter of the organization's sites, or below its median and still slipping, each with what it costs and two or three things to try first; for Eastgate that list starts with initial denial rate.

Each number then has a twelve month trend against the organization median, and a table where a run of months against the median is said once ("Worse, 9 months running") rather than on every row.
